Aisek founded Aisek Biking after recognizing that exceptional bike tours require more than great guides. His goal was to create a professional operational support company dedicated exclusively to tour operators.
Over the past three years, Aisek Biking has supported more than 24,000 cycling guests, working alongside international tour operators, river cruise companies and trusted local partners throughout Vienna.
Today, trained Tour Support Riders help guides focus on leading unforgettable experiences while Aisek Biking takes care of guest support, group safety, bike assistance and operational excellence behind the scenes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide tour guides?
We do not provide tour guides directly. However, through our trusted partner network, we can recommend experienced independent tour guides that match your tour requirements. Simply send us your request, and we’ll connect you with the right partners. We only work with Certified Austrian Tour Guides.
Do you work with our bikes and equipment?
Yes. We work with your existing bikes, e-bikes and operational setup. If needed, we can also connect you with trusted local partners for bike rental, mechanics and logistics.
What happens if a bike breaks down during a tour?
Our goal is to keep the tour moving. Whenever possible, we immediately replace the guest’s bike with one of our support bikes while our Tour Support Rider repairs the original bike. Depending on the service booked, we can perform minor repairs, flat tire repairs and tube replacements directly on route.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend requesting availability as early as possible, especially during the main cycling season. Last-minute requests are always welcome, and we will always do our best to accommodate them.
Do you only operate in Vienna?
Our operational base is in Vienna, but we support bike tours wherever our clients need us. While we are currently expanding across Europe, we already accept requests from tour operators, river cruise companies and travel partners in any destination.
